KLMATM Digital is a digital product studio building high-utility mobile apps and marketplaces for complex, regional ecosystems. We were originally brought on to build their flagship app, and partway through discovery realized the newly registered LLC had no marketing website to point users, press, or app reviewers to while their Apple Developer account was still pending approval. We designed and shipped a minimal, editorial-style brand site on a tight timeline, then returned before the app's own launch to layer in scroll animation, interactive React components, and complete technical SEO.
The Challenge
KLMATM Digital needed two things moving in parallel: a working app and a company people could actually find online. Apple's developer account review created an unplanned waiting period, and without a live marketing URL, there was nothing to send early users, press, or partners to. The design brief added its own tension, too: the site had to read as minimal and restrained, while still feeling premium and interactive enough that visitors wouldn't mistake restraint for an unfinished placeholder.
Our Solution
We split delivery into two phases. Phase one shipped a stripped-back version of the site fast, the layout, copy, and warm, editorial color palette the client had already signed off on, live on their own domain within days, so KLMATM had a real marketing presence the moment they needed one, with animation and SEO intentionally deferred. Phase two landed just before the app itself launched: we layered in scroll-triggered motion, interactive React components, and section-to-section transitions that keep every scroll short and purposeful, guiding visitors from what the company does straight through to booking a call. We closed the project with full technical SEO: sitemaps, structured data, Search Console setup, and performance tuning targeting top Lighthouse scores across the board.

KLMATM Digital's marketing site went live and fully indexed before the app itself cleared Apple's review, giving the company a credible public presence from day one instead of a placeholder page. The minimal-but-motion-rich direction landed exactly as intended: despite how little sits on any single screen, the site reads as premium and considered throughout. The phased rollout meant visitors never encountered an unfinished page, only one that kept improving in the background.
